Persona Collective is settling into a new makeshift home at the Old Central St. Martins, where we are creating a site-specific, immersive show that will open in late November 2020. Persona Collective has been created, and continues to be powered by, the passion and curiosity of our small team and our desire to empower communities through immersive performance.
Our volunteer programme is an opportunity for those embarking on a career in the arts to have first-hand experience of working on a unique, site-specific project that is co-created with the community and encompasses performance, dance, live music, sound and lighting design.
Our programme gives volunteers the opportunity to work in the following areas:
We welcome volunteers from diverse backgrounds, with a variety of interests and at any stage of their career, above the age of 18.
Persona Collective is committed to a policy of equal opportunities. We actively seek volunteers that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve and so encourage applications from groups underrepresented in the sector.
We welcome applications from people with disabilities and will adopt as flexible an approach as possible and seek to make reasonable adaptations to accommodate your needs. Please use the reference and disclosure form to be as specific as possible about your needs so that we can make your interview / time with us as comfortable as possible.
How to apply
If you are interested in volunteering please send your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org with a message about yourself and your motivations.
