Persona Collective is powered by the passion, curiosity, and creativity of our small team and our commitment to empowering communities through immersive performance. Our volunteers are at the heart of this work, helping us bring unique, site-specific projects to life.

 

Being a volunteer with Persona Collective is an opportunity to:

➔ Learn and exchange skills with our professional team across theatre, dance, design, and technology, gaining hands-on experience in creating immersive performances. 

 

➔ Build new skills in areas such as social media, fundraising, production, and event support. ​

 

➔ Be part of a dynamic, creative community and forge lasting social and professional connections. 

 

Currently, we are particularly looking for volunteers to support social media, fundraising, and production tasks. During larger productions, volunteers will also have the opportunity to work across other departments, including performance and design support.

We welcome people from all backgrounds, abilities, and levels of experience.
